Two NDRF personnel awarded with Police Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of Republic Day-2023

02 Officers of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have been awarded with the prestigious ‘Police Medal for Meritorious Service’ on the occasion of Republic Day-2023.

The Police Medal for Meritorious Service is awarded to the personnel of Central police and security organization who have completed a minimum service of 18 years. The medal is awarded to personnel for their commendable work whether operational or administrative. Shri Hitender Pal Singh Kandari, Commandant and Dr. Kemei Laljikpow Rongmei, Commandant (CMO) (SG) have been awarded with the ‘Police Medal for Meritorious Service’ in recognition to their outstanding services.

So far 88 NDRF Officers/personnel have been awarded with Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
